Waqar Younis might have been one of the fiercest bowlers of
his time, but even he is not untouchable from the fangs of trolls on the
internet. The legendary Pakistani was one of the best bowlers the world ever
saw and had a mind that could outwit the best of batsmen.
However, it seems as though his opinions are not often taken
in a positive light after the former captain of the Pakistan pitched an idea of
merging T10 with Tests.
Yes, you read that right—and it is just as absurd as it
sounds as Waqar’s idea constituted of having two 10-over innings for each team
with follow-on and lead/trail system.
And then, the fans did their part and absolutely trolled the
hell out of the legendary bowler.
Certainly, Waqar will think a 100 times before posting
another opinion on Twitter.
