Already a regular in the top ten, the ‘Cutter Master’ has climbed from eighth to seventh position in the updated rankings. The experienced Bangladeshi fast bowler now has a rating of 665 points.
There have also been notable changes elsewhere in the top ten. Afghanistan off-spinner Mujeeb Ur Rahman made the biggest jump, rising five places to ninth with 656 rating points.
Pakistan’s Abrar Ahmed moved up one spot to fifth, holding 691 points, while Australia’s Nathan Ellis climbed from ninth to eighth.
The top four positions, however, remain unchanged. India’s Varun Chakravarthy continues to lead the T20I bowling rankings with 787 rating points.
Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan is second with 737 points, followed by Sri Lanka leg-spinner Wanindu Hasaranga in third on 702 points. New Zealand pacer Jacob Duffy remains fourth.
