3 venues to host Bangladesh–West Indies series in October

The West Indies cricket team is set to tour Bangladesh this October, as they will play three One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is).

The Caribbean side will arrive in Dhaka on October 15, with the series kicking off on October 18. The final match is scheduled for November 1.

According to a source, the series will begin with the ODIs as the first two ODIs will be held at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium, while the third ODI and the opening T20I will take place in Chattogram.

The remaining two T20Is are scheduled for the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur.

Bangladesh’s most recent tour of the West Indies produced mixed results. The Tigers made history by whitewashing the hosts 3–0 in the T20I series for the very first time.
However, in the ODIs, it was Bangladesh who suffered a whitewash. The two-match Test series ended in a 1–1 draw.
