Yet another listless batting performance saw Bangladesh A struggling against visiting West Indies on day two of the third and final unofficial Test at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium today.

At stumps, Bangladesh A reached 157-7 in their first innings, in reply of West Indies A's 445 all out, trailing still by 288 runs.

Saif Hassan who led the side the in this match, made 32 and Zakir Hasan scored 29. Nurul Hasan was the other notable scorer with 28.

Opener Mahmudul Hasan Joy and Mominul Haque, the two Test regulars of Bangladesh were out in single digit figure.

After Joy was removed for 9, Zakir, another Test regular, tried to keep the things in favour, but other batters failed to show the resolve that needed to score big.

However, he was trapped run-out and failed to make his innings bigger. Yasir Ali and Shahadat Hossain Dipu also fell to single digit figure as Bangladesh's middle order crumbled under pressure.

Before the bails were drawn, Tanzim Hasan Sakib was batting on 17 with Nasum Ahmed on 7.

Nasum earlier returned figures of 5-133 as West Indies were bowled out for 445, adding 125 runs to their overnight total of 320-6.

Raymon Reifer failed to add any score to his overnight total of 56 but Kevin Sinclair went onto score 60 to help the side reach a stable position. Akeem Jordan ably supported him with 47.

Musfik Hasan and Shoriful Islam claimed two wickets apiece to complement Nasum's eighth five-wicket haul in the first class cricket.

West Indies A lead the three-match series 1-0 after winning the second unofficial Test by three wickets. The first Test was rain-hit drawn.
