Bangladesh ace-allrounder Shakib al Hasan has been named in the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2023 draft.

The draft is set to be held on November 18. Sri Lanka star all-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga has also shown interest in the draft.

England's top-ranked T20I batter Dawid Malan and South Africa's David Miller are also part of a 214-man preliminary list of foreign players.

Apart from Shakib, Tamim Iqbal, Taskin Ahmed, Mahedi Hasana and Mahmudullah Riyad, Ebadat Hossain and Liton Das are also included in the foreign draft lists.

The eighth edition of HBL PSL 8 is slated to be held from February 9 to March 19 next year. The tournament will be staged in four venues: Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Multan.
