Miraz to miss Netherlands T20 series for family reasons

Bangladesh all-rounder Mehidy Hasan Miraz will not be part of the upcoming T20 series against the Netherlands as he has taken leave for family reasons.
Although Miraz was named in the preliminary squad announced by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), he will step away from national duties for 15 days, Cricfrenzy has learned from reliable sources.

The BCB has yet to confirm the final squad for the three-match series, and Miraz’s replacement remains uncertain.
The Netherlands team is scheduled to arrive in Bangladesh on August 26. The first T20 will be held on August 30, followed by matches on September 1 and 3 — all at the Sylhet International Stadium.
