Mohammad Hafeez, a veteran all-rounder, has decided to withdraw from the Bangladesh tour in order to make room for a youngster, according to Cricket Pakistan. Sources said all-rounder Iftikhar Ahmed is expected to replace him in the Pakistan squad.
After the ICC Men's T20 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates, the Pakistan men's national cricket team will travel to Bangladesh for three T20 Internationals and two ICC World Test Championship matches.

The national team's journey is part of the Future Tours Program and it will go off on November 19 with a T20I series at Dhaka's Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium. The second and third Twenty20 Internationals will be held on November 20 and 22.
From November 26 to 30, the two teams will travel to Chattogram for the first of two Tests at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium.
For the first time since May 2015, when Pakistan won the two-match series by a whopping 328 runs in the decisive Test, the two teams will meet battle in the pinnacle form of the game on Bangladeshi land.
The two teams will return to Dhaka to play the final Test, which will start from 4 December.
