‘’I feel our lower-orders’ batting was very impressive from the beginning and that is certainly a positive side for us. Today we failed again as a batting unit but spinners did well especially Shakib. This is certainly a positive side. However, it wasn’t enough to win the game,’’ Mahmudullah was quoted after being humiliated at the hand of Chattogram on Saturday.
‘’We have failed to utilize our plans. We couldn’t execute what we decided in the dressing room, although we are hopeful of a strong comeback and will do our best in the next,’’ he said.
‘’I guess forgetting something isn’t the solution. We have to keep in mind where we did the wrong and also wouldn’t do the same mistake again. I guess the wicket helped the bowler, although this can’t be an excuse as we failed to do our job,’’ he said.
