India women's team defeated Bangladesh women by 19 runs (DLS) in the rain-interrupted second T20I at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium on Tuesday.
The visitors made a strong start in their chase, reaching 47-1 in 5.2 overs with Dayalan Hemalatha scoring a quick 41 off 24 balls, including five fours and two sixes, before rain interrupted the match for the second and final time.

The rain didn't allow the match to resume and India were declared victorious, as they were 19 runs ahead of the DLS par score.

A valiant knock of 49-ball 46 from Murshida Khatun helped Bangladesh post 119 in 20 overs. Opting to bat, Bangladesh lost opener Dilara Akter on 10 runs.
Murshida carried their run flow single-handedly as Bangladesh lost wickets at regular interval. Skipper Nigar Sultana Joty also failed to impress as she fell for 6.
Sobhana Mostary and Ritu Moni contributed with 19 and 20 runs respectively. For India, Radha Yadhav picked up three wickets and Deepti SHarma and Shreyanka Patil each scalped a double.
