14 hrs agoBangladesh cricket team have landed in Lahore, Pakistan on Saturday as they took a chartered flight from Colombo, Sri Lanka to face Afghanistan in their do-or-die match on Sunday.
Bangladesh suffered a five-wicket defeat to co-hosts Sri Lanka, who flew with the Tigers in the same flight today, in Group B's opening fixture on Thursday.

Tigers need to beat Afghanistan in their final match of the group to stay alive in the competition.

While a win will keep them alive, the Tigers must also consider their net run rate because if Afghanistan defeats Sri Lanka in the group's final match on September 5, all three teams will have equal points, with the two best finishers moving based on net run rate.
If Afghanistan loses to both Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, the latter two will advance.
