Bangladesh won just three matches in this World Cup. at the beginning of the tournament, Bangladesh bowlers failed to show their charisma. But the end, Shakib Al Hasan and Mustafizur Rahman showed their class.
Mohammad Saifuddin has taken wickets consistently for Bangladesh in this World Cup. so, its natural that he will stay among the top five bowlers of Bangladesh. Mehedy Hasan Miraj has performed the role of run container in this World cup. Alongside side this, he has also taken wickets in crucial moments. But to everyone’s wonder part time medium pace bowler Soumya Sarkar also registered his name in the top five list of Bangladeshi bowlers.

Mustafizur Rahman: Mustafizur Rahman is the most successful bowler of Bangladesh in this World Cup. He has taken 20 wickets from eight matches. This is the highest number of wickets taken by a Bangladeshi bowler in the World cup. The Fizz has taken back to back five wickets haul against India nad Pakistan in this World Cup. His economy rate is 6.70 and (59/5) against India is his best bowling figure.
Mohammad Saifuddin: Mohammad Saifuddin performed consistently for Bangladesh in this World cup. he didn’t play against Australia because of back injury. The pace bowling all rounder picked up 13 wickets in seven matches. Saifuddin bowled well but his economy is in the expensive side.His economy is 7.18 and best bowling figure is ( 72/3 ) against West Indies.
Shakib Al Hasan: Shakib Al Hasan has been in phenomenal form in this World Cup with the bat. But with the ball in hand, he has also been one of best bowlers of Bangladesh. He has picked up 11 wickets from eight matches. His bowling figure was (29/5) against Afghanistan. Shakib bowled at an economy of 5.39 in this World Cup.
Mehedy Hasan Miraj: Mehedi Hasan Miraj performed the of containing the runs in this World cup. he has performed that role pretty well in this World cup. he took six wickets from seven matches. He is the most economic bowler of Bangladesh with 5.06 economy rate.
Soumya Sarkar: If regular bowler stays in form generally Soumya Sarkar doesn’t get the bowling call. That’s why, Soumya is a wonder in the top five list. Soumya played eight matches and bowled in just two innings. In these two innings he picked up four wickets. His career best bowling is (58/3) against Australia, which he achieved in this World cup.
