Shanto: No doubt about Mustafizur’s commitment to the country

Bangladesh captain Najmul Hossain Shanto stated when cutter-master Mustafizur Rahman plays for the national team, he exhibits more enthusiasm and effort as compared to his performances in the franchise leagues.
Mustafiz was struggling with his form for a long time in the national team but he found his rhythm back in the ongoing IPL with CSK. The left-arm pacer claimed 10 wickets in five matches and currently holding the third position in the list of highest wicket-takers of the tournament.
The captain remarked that Mustafizur can perform anywhere and he gives his best when he is committed, however, he shows greater enthusiasm when he plays for the country.
"When Mustafiz plays for Bangladesh, his enthusiasm is even greater. He is currently participating in a league (IPL), his commitment remains unwavering. Every time he represents the Bangladesh team, he considers the benefit of the country and the team with every ball. Despite what many may say or think, I can attest from close observation during my captaincy that every delivery he bowled was executed with great importance, always with the team's benefit in mind. There is no doubt about his unwavering commitment to the country," said Shanto.
Shanto was optimistic for the T20 World Cup which is scheduled to be held in June, and said his team would give their 120% in the upcoming tournament.
“I can say one thing, the team that will play will give 120 percent. I can guarantee this. And we will play to win every match. When play with a lot of hope. We try to do what we can. We will play to win. I request that we do not discuss this matter too much,” he added.
