Irfan joins Dhaka for the remainder of BPL

Durdanto Dhaka roped in Pakistan’s Mohammad Irfan and Gazi Mohammad Tahjibul Islam in the squad for the remainder of BPL.
The duo has joined the squad and is expected to feature in the upcoming match against Comilla Victorians, scheduled to start at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur.
Irfan represented Pakistan national cricket team in four Tests, 60 ODIs and 22 T20Is in between 2010 and 2019.
Meanwhile, Tahjibul is a wicketkeeper-batsman and a 19-year-old left-handed batsman, who represented Bangladesh in the 2022 ICC U-19 World Cup
He also played for Shinepukur Cricket Club in last year's Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League.
Dhaka are currently placed at the bottom of the list with six losses in seven games so far.
