Australian men's coach Justin Langer and team manager Gavin Dovey got into an argument with a Cricket Australia staff over a video broadcast on CA channels of Bangladesh team celebration after their series win against the visitors.
The win was Bangladesh's first bilateral series victory over Australia in any of the three formats of the game.

"The confrontations, which occurred in the team hotel following the series-clinching third game, were separate but took place in quick succession," according to reports.
"Sources close to the team said the incidents were witnessed by at least a dozen people and left some players taken aback and with a sense of unease about what had transpired."

Dovey is said to have initially questioned the CA staffer about why the video was posted, but the debate escalated when the person refused to back down. As a result, Langer became involved and charged the staffer.
