Bangladesh opener Tanzid Hasan Tamim not only stitched a 40-ball 63-run opening stand with Saif Hassan but also played a blistering knock of his own smashing 4 fours and 3 sixes on his way to 52 off 31 balls against Afghanistan yesterday. His batting laid the platform for Bangladesh’s victory and he was rewarded with a jump of four places in the ICC T20I batting rankings.
