Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) chief selector Minhazul Abedin Nannu has stated that the squad for the upcoming West Indies series has been finalized and will be revealed next week.
The Tigers are set to play a full series against West Indies after the Sri Lanka home series.
"We're getting ready. There are three formats. There is significant logistical work there. As a result, we are all prepared ahead of time. We'll announce the team of three forms within the next week," Nannu remarked.
"We don't have much time to prepare. After the West Indies series, we will have the Zimbabwe series, followed by the Asia Cup and the World Cup. We are proceeding with this in mind. The West Indies series is the first step in preparing for the World Cup,” he added.
The opening Test will be played at Antigua from June 16-20 while the second Test will be played in St Lucia from June 24-28.
The opening two T20Is will be played in Dominica respectively on July 2 and 3 while the third will be played in Guyana on July 7.
The three ODIs are also scheduled in Guyana on July 10, 13 and 16.
