Three Bangladesh cricketers got the opportunity to play in the PSL from the replacement draft held for the last 20 matches of the PSL. Liton Das is on this list along with Shakib and Mahmudullah.

Dhaka Premier League (DPL) in T20 format is scheduled to be played from May 31. Mahmudullah is expected to to play for Gazi Group in the tournament.
