South African bats Cameron Delport said that he always come to play in Bangladesh as that gives him an opportunity to test his skill in the shortest format.

Cameron Delport is a doughty Protea batsman, born with the pizzazz to brace the shorter formats. After rising to top-level cricket through the grind of state-level domestic cricket, he was showed himself to be a natural in the T20 format and made it to the KwaZulu-Natal cricket team squad for the Africa T20 Cup in 2015.

Delport has been an integral part of BBPL while he is also playing in the Big Bash League and in the Caribbean Premier League.

‘’It has been great. I always like coming back to Bangladesh and playing in BPL and this is my third year in BPL and I am enjoying it,’’ Delport told Cricfrenzy.

‘’It is really good. Obviously the local guys really know about the condition and learning about the wicket,’’ he said.

‘’I think they are very key and asset in the team especially in their condition. They gave a lot of advice to the overseas guys and obviously we can help with their game and stuff like that,’’ he said.

Delport said that he is keen to come over to Bangladesh as it helps him test his skills.

‘’We all enjoy play our natural game and it seems to be a good tournament,’’ said Delport.

‘’Coming here and test yourself in the local condition is really good. You get that in all the t-20 leagues all over the world,’’ he said.
‘’It is nice to test yourself in the Bangladeshi condition,’’ he concluded.
