DPDLT20: Mushfiqur guides Abahani to victory over Partex in rain hit match

Batting first, Partex made 120 runs for 5 wickets. Abahani's target was 70 runs from 10 overs (D/L method). That run chased in the last over as Mushfiq gave Abahani 2 ​​points by sending the ball to the boundary from fast bowler Joynal Islam. He made 38 runs from 26 balls with 3 fours and 1 six.

Abahani captain won the toss and elected to bat in overcast weather. The bowlers justified the captain's decision by bringing success to the team from the beginning. Other two matches, which started at 9 am, Old DOHS Sports Club against Legends of Rupganj and Brothers Union vs Prime Doleshwar Sporting Club were called off due to wet outfield at Savar.

Old DOHS made 171 runs from 4 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Mahmudul Hasan Joy was unbeaten 78 runs with 7 fours and 2 sixes, while Rakin Ahmed made 46 runs. In other match, Brothers Union made 127 for 7 wickets in 18.4 overs.
