"Bangladesh are a formidable side anywhere, in any stadium, and in any country. But when they play at home, they become even stronger. We know the challenges ahead and we’re excited to face them," he said.

Bangladesh, who recently rediscovered their T20 form, are coming into the series with renewed confidence. After a 2-1 loss to the UAE and a 3-0 whitewash in Pakistan, the Tigers bounced back strongly by defeating Sri Lanka 2-1 away from home, despite losing the first match of the series.

That comeback has boosted the morale of the squad, with skipper Litton Das leading a confident unit.

Salman acknowledged this, noting, “We can sense their confidence after their win in Sri Lanka. They’re in a good rhythm and we’re preparing accordingly.”

The Pakistan captain also hinted at an aggressive game plan, while emphasizing the importance of reading the conditions well.

“We’ve changed our style of play and want to continue in that aggressive direction. But it’s important to assess conditions first. If the conditions allow, we’ll play attacking cricket. If not, we’ll adapt accordingly.”

With a clear strategy in mind, Salman revealed Pakistan's goals—to score 10–15 runs more with the bat and restrict Bangladesh to a low total with the ball. “We always aim to stay a step ahead when we’re batting. Then, with the ball, the plan is to keep the opposition in check. Bangladesh have some outstanding pace bowlers, and I’m really looking forward to facing them.”
