The second ODI of the series between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh at the P Sara Oval in Colombo on Tuesday was ruled out due to rain. As the match was declared abandoned, the two teams shared the points.
Bangladesh's consecutive 4 ODIs in the championship ended with no result due to rain. After the last two ODIs of the tour of New Zealand in December last year, rain also affected the two matches in Sri Lanka.

After Sri Lanka scored 152 runs for 6 wickets in 36.4 overs on the same ground last Saturday and then the match washed out.

Bangladesh is at number seven in the table with 4 points as four out of five matches have been abandoned. Sri Lanka is just below Bangladesh with 4 points from eight matches with one win and two abandoned matches. India is on top with full 12 points in six matches.
Bangladesh and Sri Lanka will meet in the last match of the series at the same ground on Thursday.
