Miraz embracing Shakib’s role but doing it his own way

Following the defeat to Royal Challengers Bangalore, several questions have been raised against Kolkata Knight Riders captain Eoin Morgan. Cricket analyst Akash Chopra thinks Shakib Al Hasan should have bowled in the 19th over instead of Harbhajan Singh.
Two right-handed batsmen AB de Villiers and Kyle Jamieson were on the crease after Glen Maxwell returned playing a stormy innings of 78 runs. According to Akash, Morgan should have brought Shakib in bowling at that time.

"He bowled an off-spinner [Harbhajan Singh] in the 19th over while both AB de Villiers and Kyle Jamieson are right-handed batsmen. I think he made the wrong decision. As, Shakib had two overs remaining. The ball needed to be handed to a left-arm spinner to be able to put pressure on them.” Akash commented

Akash also criticized the decision to replace Varun Chakraborty with another bowler although he took two wickets in his first over."After taking two wickets, he removed Varun Chakraborty, while Maxwell needed to stop when he was on the wicket,” he said.
Shakib who is known as the trump card of (KKR) has been struggling with his form lately. He scored 26 runs off 25 balls against RCB but failed to take wickets for the team.
