Gill-Sudarshan storm powers Gujarat to 10-wicket win over Mustafiz’s Delhi

Sai Sudharsan and Shubman Gill got Gujarat Titans off to strong start

Powered by Sudharsan’s unbeaten 108 off 61 balls, laced with 4 sixes and 12 fours, and Gill’s explosive 93 off 53 deliveries, Gujarat chased down the target without losing a wicket. The pair’s dominance helped Gujarat Titans seal the match with one over to spare and secure a spot in the playoffs.

Chasing a big target, Gujarat got off to a flying start as both openers launched an aggressive attack. Mustafizur Rahman came on to bowl the fourth over and kept things tight, conceding just 6 runs with no boundaries. He returned in the sixth over, giving away only 7 runs including a single boundary by Sudharsan through deep point.
Despite Mustafizur’s efforts to contain the batters, Delhi’s other bowlers failed to build any pressure. Sudharsan reached his fifty in just 30 balls, and the team crossed 100 within 10.4 overs. Gill followed with his own half-century in 33 balls.

Mustafizur returned for his third over in the 16th and conceded 11 runs, with Sudharsan hitting two back-to-back fours. He didn’t get another over as Gujarat wrapped up the win with six balls remaining.
