Comilla Victorians won their first game in the Bangladesh Premier League today, defeating Chattogram Challengers by six wickets at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram.
Litton Das's blistering 22-ball 40, which included three sixes and four boundaries, helped Comilla reach a modest target of 136 without incident. Litton dominated the Chattogram bowlers from the start, making the rest of the game easy for Comilla.

Mrittunjoy Chowdhury bowled the right-hander as Chattogram picked up a couple of wickets in the middle overs, but Pakistan's Mohammad Rizwan guided Comilla to victory.

He remained unbeaten on 37 off 35 balls, hitting four boundaries, while Jaker Ali added 20 as the defending champions finally won a game after losing three in a row.

Malinda Pushpakumara of Sri Lanka took two wickets, while Mrittunjoy and Ziaur Rahman each took one for the bowling side.
Earlier, Chattogram lost opener Usman Khan in the first over before Dutch opener Max O'Dowd and Afif Hossain provided some stability with a 43-run second-wicket stand. However, after reaching their twenties, both Max (24) and Afif (29) fell in quick succession, and Chattogram lost their way.
They were struggling on 78 for six inside 14 overs at one point.
Skipper Shuvagata Hom then provided the needed impetus, remaining unbeaten on a 23-ball 37 laced with four boundaries and a six as Chattogram added 53 runs in the final five overs to post a respectable total.
Tanvir Islam, Khusdil Shah, and Mosaddek Hossain all took two wickets for Comilla.
