A team clean sweep HP team in one day series

Bangladesh After a four-run victory in the rain-affected third and final game at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram Saturday, a team swept the three-match one-day series against the young High Performance (HP) team.
The A team won by six wickets in the first game and by 30 runs in the second. Mushfiqur Rahim, who scored 70 not out and 62 runs in both games to restore his form before of the Twenty20 World Cup.
Mushfiqur, on the other hand, did not play in the third game because he and the rest of the national squad were undergoing a Covid-19 test. The Bangladeshi squad will depart for Oman tomorrow.

After a rain interruption, the match was trimmed to 44 overs each side and the Bangladesh A team, who chose to bat first, put up 222-9, with opener Shadman Islam top-scoring with 47. Imrul Kayes came in second with a score of 37.
Mominul Haque, who scored 128 runs in the second game, contributed 27 runs, while Yasir Ali and Mosaddek Hossain each contributed 20 runs.
With four wickets, Hasan Murad was the most successful bowler for the HP team. To complement him, Rejaur Rahman Raja grabbed 2-55.
The rain returned, reducing the match to 33 overs, and HP were set a revised target of 194 runs in 33 overs. However, they were restricted to 189-9 in 33 overs, resulting in a four-run loss.
Towhid Hridoy, the captain, fought valiantly but ran out of partners and was left stranded on 93 off 79 balls, hitting four fours and three sixes. With 33 points, Rejaur Rahman Raja was the other significant scorer.
As the HP felt triumph, no one could provide Hridoy with appropriate help. That, however, did not happen. For Bangladesh A, Mosaddek Hossain and Rakibul Hasan each took three wickets.
