Australian all-rounder Dan Christian smashed five sixes in Shakib Al Hasan's over which paved the way for Australia's first win in the five-match T20 series against Bangladesh. At the end of the match, Aussie star said he used his experience of playing against him in the Big Bash and IPL.
Chasing a modest 105-run target, Christian (39 off 15), who came to bat at number three ahead of Mitchell Marsh, struck five sixes off Shakib during his second over.

Christian hit a six-over long-on in the opening ball of the over, and the following ball was also over the boundary. He hit three sixes in a row hitting the shot over deep midwicket.
He missed the next ball, however, did not miss the other two of that over. The Australian all-rounder stated that he came to the crease intending to make quick runs as well as use the power play with the new ball.
“I have played some matches against Shakib in Big Bash and IPL. That was not in my plan. My job was to go to the crease and make run as fast as possible. So it gets easier for the others,” said Christian.
He further said, “I had no specific plan to go against Shakib. I was lucky in that over. The shots hit the middle of the bat. It's fun to bat in the power play. I was playing with a lot of freedom,”
