SL return Bangladesh team to practice soon

A group of players of the Bangladesh team is busy practicing ahead of the ODI series against Sri Lanka. Members who have returned playing Tests against the Lankans are still waiting for their turn stated by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) CEO Nizamuddin Chowdhury.
The CEO also said that the players started their training with one negative Covid test. The Bangladesh government's health ministry had given them permission to start their training.

“Our initial challenge was to bring all the potential members of the national team under one place. We have received the green signal that they will be able to practice with the national team subject to negative test results. We hope they will start practicing soon,” said Nizamuddin.
The BCB has announced a 24-man preliminary squad for the three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka. There were 9 cricketers in this team who have returned from Sri Lanka.
On May 4, they returned to the country and went to the 14-day quarantine. Although they do not have to complete the quarantine process as they were allowed to return to practice.
