Bangladesh batsman Soumya Sarkar believes that if Bangladesh can perform well in all departments without making mistakes, they can win the last T20I against New Zealand. Bangladesh already lost the series 2-0.

Throughout the series, Soumya didn't found his form. Excluding the second T20, he scored 38 runs in four matches. However, he smashed a half-century in the second T20 before dismissing 51 runs off 27 balls.

"Some days bowlers are doing well, some days the batters. We can beat anyone if we perform together in all three departments. We couldn't click as a team throughout the series. Had we clicked together in all three departments, victory could have come earlier," said Soumya during a virtual press brief on Wednesday.

Bangladesh has one match remaining in the series. The visitors are looking for at least a victory over New Zealand on their home soil.

"It is possible. We only have one match left. All we have to do is perform well in batting, bowling and fielding. And if we can perform well in all three departments, I believe we can win tomorrow's match," he added.
