Robin steers Team Red to beat Team Blue by 77 runs

Mofizul Islam Robin led Team Red team from the front as his unbeaten scintillation of 124 played a catalyst behind their 77-run triumph against Team Blue in the 2020 Under-19 Tri-Series at the Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protisthan (BKSP) Ground-4 in Savar today.
Team Red captain Mofizul Islam Robin opted to bat first after winning the toss on the BKSP’s batting paradise, where they compiled 251 for five in 50 overs, courtesy of largely Mofizul’s jaw-dropping 124.
The captain smacked 13 boundaries and three sixes in his unbeaten 124-ball knock. He showed his composure to stay 192 minutes at wickets to make those runs. He was supported by Aich Mollah, who blasted 65-ball 53 with the help of four fours and two maximums.
In reply, Team Blue were able to put on 174 for eight on the board in allocated 50 overs. Sohag Ali top-scored with 25. Misbah Ahmed (24), Iftekhar Hossain (23) and Arafat Islam (22) were the other contributors for the Blue.
