Left-hand opener Nazmul Hossain shanto said on Saturday that he is very happy to make a comeback in the national team after the selector had included him for the forthcoming T20 International series against Pakistan.

Shanto had a brilliant BBPL for the Khulna Tigers and was the only   Bangladesh batsman to score a hundred in this year competition .

Shanto had played only two T-20 matches for Bangladesh before but was dropped for his below par performance in those matches.

Shanto was delighted to be back for the national team for Pakistan series and hope to cement his place in the team.

‘’ It is good to be back in the national team.  I always thought about my playing in the national team. I am happy that I got chance and it would be better if I can perform ” Shanto told cricfrenzy after his national team selection.

Shanto added that he worked on his mental side of the game after being sidelined from the national team.

‘’It is important to take mental preparation. I have Improved a lot for my mental improvement” said Shanto.

Shanto is also looking forward to make his place permanent in the national team in all three formats.
