Babar: Shaheen is the number one bowler for me

Pakistan all-format captain Babar Azam has chosen Shaheen Afridi as the best bowler in the world right now.
Babar, who is ranked first in ODIs and T20Is, believes Shaheen is deserving of a spot in the top ten in every format.
Shaheen has remained a menacing threat for the batters in every format. Babar, while talking to a presser in Lahore, said that he is lucky to have such a hardworking and talented bowler at his disposal.
"Shaheen is the number one bowler for me. He will also stand first in the rankings. The way he [Shaheen] works and performs, he has to go further ahead [in his career]," Babar said.
In addition to Shaheen's praise, Babar Azam also touched upon the importance of the recently concluded series against Australia and said that it will convince other teams to tour Pakistan as well.
"The crowd was fantastic throughout the series and seeing big stars on home soil is always a positive. This tour [of Australia] will play an important role for other teams to come to Pakistan." Babar said.
