The traditional powerhouse have built a competitive lineup featuring several national players, including Towhid Hridoy, Anamul Haque Bijoy, Parvez Hossain Emon, Yasir Ali Chowdhury, Mrittunjoy Chowdhury, Naem Ahmed, Tanvir Islam, Rishad Hossain, Ripon Mondol and Afif Hossain.
Among them, Hridoy is expected to be a key figure after his impressive performances in the recently concluded series against New Zealand. The batter has expressed his willingness to adapt to the team’s needs, including batting at number three if required.
“My personal preference doesn’t matter. It’s about the team’s requirement. If the team management believes I can contribute better at number three, I’m ready. I’m willing to bat in any position for the team,” Hridoy said.
Hridoy also expressed confidence in the team’s overall balance and made it clear that Mohammedan are targeting the title.
“A championship team always carries high expectations, and we have that too. But at the end of the day, we need to perform according to our roles and follow the process. We definitely want results, but we want to achieve them by sticking to the right process,” he added.
