The tournament, featuring 32 prominent media houses, will be played in a knockout format at the Bangladesh Football Federation’s artificial turf. Teams have been divided into eight groups ahead of the competition.
Cricfrenzy will compete in Group H alongside ATN Bangla, Daily Naya Diganta, and Channel 24, in what is expected to be one of the more competitive groups in the tournament.
The official jersey unveiling and group draw ceremony took place on Thursday at the Bangladesh Olympic Association building, attended by officials of the Bangladesh Sports Journalists Association (BSJA) and representatives of the participating organizations.
The 32 participating media outlets have been divided into eight groups:
Group A: Ekhon TV, Daily Inqilab, ATN News, Star News
Group B: Maasranga TV, Daily Kalbela, NTV, SA TV
Group C: Dhaka Tribune, Daily Samakal, RTV, Deepto TV
Group D: JagoNews24, Daily Kaler Kantho, T Sports, Independent Television
Group E: Channel i, The Daily Observer, Bangladesh Television, Banglavision
Group F: The Daily Star, Daily Manab Zamin, News24, Dhaka Post
Group G: Daily Jugantor, Bangladesh Pratidin, Boishakhi TV, Banglanews24
Group H: ATN Bangla, Daily Naya Diganta, Channel 24, Cricfrenzy
